Exchange Policy

Madys Clothing – Exchange Policy

At Madys Clothing, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange Eligibility

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are only applicable in case of:
    • Wrong size
    • Defective/damaged product
    • Wrong item received

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Accessories (if applicable)
  • Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling by the customer

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer support team through:

  3. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear pictures/videos of the product (if damaged or incorrect item received)
    • Reason for exchange
  4. Once your exchange request is approved, the customer will be required to send the product back to Madys Clothing at their own expense.
  5. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your exchange and dispatch the new item.

Important Notes

  • Exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the requested item/size is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product may be offered.
