Madys Clothing – Exchange Policy
At Madys Clothing, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchange Eligibility
- Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are only applicable in case of:
- Wrong size
- Defective/damaged product
- Wrong item received
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories (if applicable)
- Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling by the customer
Exchange Process

Provide:
- Order number
- Clear pictures/videos of the product (if damaged or incorrect item received)
- Reason for exchange
- Once your exchange request is approved, the customer will be required to send the product back to Madys Clothing at their own expense.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your exchange and dispatch the new item.
Important Notes
- Exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the requested item/size is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product may be offered.
